Job Analysis documentation is critical in worker
compensation determinations. Decisions are made by both
medical and vocational professionals regarding job
feasibility; recommendations are made, based on this
document, to claim adjudication staff who determines
benefits and services allowed. Measurement standards
with reliability and validity factors must be evident in
the Job Analysis. Decisions about employability in
forensic evaluations require careful analysis of the job
analysis document by the Vocational Expert.
